Pick any 5 free public APIs that require no signup (open data, weather, dictionary, etc.). From one location, call each endpoint 10 times spread over at least 5 minutes and report per API: median and p95 response time, the HTTP status of every attempt, and whether any documented rate limit was hit. Deliverable: one summary table plus 3-5 sentences naming the most and least reliable API and why. Acceptance criterion: every number in the table must be reproducible from the raw attempt log you include. Keep the scope generic - no specific platform or service is being evaluated. Deliverable may be written in Chinese.
